My aim is to create a safe space of no judgement where you can talk about your struggles and work with me to develop strategies for emotional wellness and resilience. My 25-year career has given me experience in helping individuals who are facing different emotional challenges, such as grief, depression, anxiety and stress.

Trauma coaching is a process that involves looking deep within yourself, often times in the crevices and dark corners of your mind to pull out and bring to light the suppressed emotions that are damaging you. We’ll look at:

  • Developing coping skills and strategies to manage the emotional and physical effects of trauma.
  • Using various therapeutic approaches to process the trauma.

Stress Management

Stress is a common experience in our daily lives, and it can impact our mental and physical health if not managed properly. Through stress management coaching, we will work together to identify the root cause of your stress. Some of the techniques that may be included in the coaching program include:

  • Relaxation techniques, such as progressive muscle relaxation or visualisation
